About the Doctors

Drs. Jerome A. Jarosz and Rudolfo M. Valente are orthodontists in Chicago, Illinois, who specialize in providing quality orthodontic treatment to children, adolescents and adults.

Jerome A. Jarosz, D.D.S, M.S.

Dr. Jerry Jarosz has been in orthodontic practice for more than 18 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. He continued at Northwestern University where he received his dental degree and a certificate in orthodontics. In conjunction with his orthodontic training, Dr. Jarosz received a master’s degree in science. Dr. Jarosz has served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Society of Orthodontists and was the 2008-2009 President.

Rudolfo M. Valente, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Rudy Valente has been in orthodontic practice and with Dr. Jarosz since 2001. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dr. Valente earned his dental degree and received his certificate in orthodontics from the University of Illinois at Chicago: College of Dentistry. In conjunction with his residency, Dr. Valente also received a Master of Science degree in Oral Sciences for his research with orthodontic bonding agents, which has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.

 

In addition to taking excellent care of children and adolescents, Drs. Jarosz and Valente have also taken courses at the Pankey Institute, Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Education, and the Frank Spear Scottsdale Center for Dental Education and are well versed in adult interdisciplinary dental rehabilitation.

Both Drs. Jarosz and Valente are Diplomates of the American Board of Orthodontics. The doctors are active members of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Illinois Society of Orthodontists.
